Our Military Roots
A Heritage of Service
Our founder, Bradley Norman, is a Service-Disabled Veteran of the United States Navy who understands that success is not accidental. During his service from 2005-2010, he was entrusted with significant responsibilities on the USS John C. Stennis as part of the Commanding Officer's Staff. There, he honed his skills in high-pressure environments, managing administrative and legal duties for hundreds of personnel and even organizing a visit for the Vice President of the United States.
This experience, combined with his demanding role as a Shipboard Firefighter, instilled a deep commitment to discipline, meticulous planning, and mission-first execution. For his dedicated service, he was formally recognized with numerous awards, including the **Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service and Expeditionary Medals, and the Good Conduct Medal**.
We bring this same "boots-on-the-ground" mentality to every project, ensuring we not only meet expectations but exceed them with unwavering accountability.
